Because every product is custom-made, Love Earth Daily does not offer returns or refunds. We will only replace defective items or incorrect orders.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue, we are more than happy to work with you to find a fair solution and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products sold on our website, we do not offer refunds. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned in the same way a physical product can. Therefore, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all digital goods.

This is because:

  • Irrevocability: Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be taken back. We cannot guarantee that a product has not been copied, distributed, or used after a refund.

  • Infinite Reproducibility: Digital goods can be duplicated without degradation and remain in the customer’s possession even after a refund.

  • Immediate Delivery & Use: Digital products are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately.

  • Cost of Goods: Digital products involve upfront creation and development costs, with no physical reproduction or shipping.

By purchasing any product or service from Love Earth Daily, you agree to this Refund Policy and waive any right to dispute it through claims, judgments, or legal action. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

You have 10 hours after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer support team at emailloveearthdaily@gmail.com.

After 10 hours, your order will already be in production and cannot be modified or cancelled.


DAMAGED / FLAWED / INCORRECT ORDERS

At Love Earth Daily, we take pride in product quality and order accuracy.

In rare cases, you may receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product. If this happens, we will offer a replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Please note: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If you have not received your Love Earth Daily items within 60 days of placing your order, please contact us at emailloveearthdaily@gmail.com. Our team is happy to assist you.


SHIPPING & REFUNDS

At Love Earth Daily, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, refunds are not offered as standard practice.

In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount
